The first ever Pacific Fusion Fashion Show began as a competition for emerging Maori and Pacific fashion designers from South Auckland to showcase their style. It expanded to include designers from beyond the Pacific living all over Aotearoa. The fashion competition allowed these creatives to feature their designs based on their own unique cultural values, beliefs and identities.

"I agreed to judge this competition because I believe it's important to represent NZ designers and provide them with opportunities to showcase their work.
